The High Line Hotel New York

The location of the hotel was perfect, with the coffee shop right in front of the High Line park, allowing for easy access to the beautiful surroundings. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with peaceful sleep and comfortable beds. Additionally, the hotel offered free guest passes to a nearby fitness center, providing top-of-the-line equipment and a great workout experience.

The unique furnishings in the room were not as nice in person as they appeared in the online pictures.

A highlight of my stay at The High Line Hotel was the central location, just blocks away from the vibrant High Line Park. I loved strolling the nearby streets, exploring local cafes, and experiencing the true essence of the neighborhood. The hotel's decor is stylish and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The beds provided a peaceful night's sleep. I highly recommend this hotel for its charm and convenient location.

Cozy lobby for drinks and breakfast with delicious coffee and pastries. the beautiful linens, towels, and robes were a nice touch. Location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions like Hudson Yards and Chelsea Market.

The elevator was creepy and actually broke down during my stay. the furniture in the room was old and worn out.

Stylish hotel, the staff were all attentive and thoughtful and the location was perfect in a trendy area. Loved its restaurant which is great for breakfast and lunch, nice bonus, especially when it's rainy outside.

As young families, we loved the relaxed atmosphere and helpful staff at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to the A/C/E metro lines for exploring the rest of the city. Our Deluxe King room was spacious and well-equipped, with a bar, fridge, desk, and lounge chairs. The large separate bathroom with a shower was a bonus. There were plenty of dining options, bars, art galleries, shops, and even a supermarket within walking distance. We also enjoyed the proximity to The High Line walkway, just across the street. The hotel's coffee bar served amazing Intelligentsia coffee, and the garden terraces were a nice retreat.

We felt more than at home during our stay, with no complaints whatsoever.

The location was ideal, the bed was very comfy, small hotel. The bathroom was huge, and the room itself was unique.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right on the bike path along the river. We had breakfast at the open cafe every morning, and the coffee and pastries were amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the unique decor of the hotel. We were able to walk to great restaurants in the area and even wandered around the neighborhood. We also loved that the hotel offered access to local facilities like Chelsea Piers swimming pool.

Nothing it is perfect.

The hotel was quaint, with unbeatable location next to good bus routes. We loved that the room was outstanding and unique. Exceptionally comfortable bed. The staff was cool, they showed us what excellent service is supposed to be like.

Excellent location and rooms, the hotel itself was fairly clean. Overall just perfect stay especially during the holidays.

Our stay was quite pleasant, as the hotel is conveniently located near all the tourist attractions we wanted to visit, including Broadway and the bike path along the Hudson River. The room and bathroom were clean and cozy, with comfortable beds to rest after a busy day. We enjoyed the lovely outdoor bar and the small bites selection they offered.

The staff was not friendly enough, as they did not offer proper directions and were unhelpful when we asked for assistance.

Establishment of character, good bedding, pretty chiné decoration and hotel on a human scale with a terrace with trees and garden, is very appreciable in a city like New York. Friendly staff. hotel is a real meeting place for New Yorkers who appreciate the terrace and indoor café. You really feel like you're breathing, feeling reinforced by the presence of the nearby HighLine.

Room for 4 and insufficient storage capacity. Only one small wardrobe.

With the theme of COVID 19, Lobby's cafeteria was not working, so on food and beverage issues we did not have the experience. Outside they had a third party cafeteria, complicated for the purchase of a coffee, because of the theme of its online application. bar on the outside terrace, good in the evenings. What if the bed was spectacular and sheets of first level. Super comfortable the room we have left.

The air conditioning's a little weird, but nothing to worry about. From the second day we asked for a third towel to be put on, because we bathed twice a day, they put them on the penultimate day.

The High Line area was a perfect starting point to explore the city. The vintage feel of the room's decor was charming and the handmade toiletries were a nice touch. Loved the local coffee and restaurants nearby. a delightful stay.

The bedroom style and common space was pleasant. The staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful. The mini bar and Bluetooth speaker were great. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed comfortable. The free bicycles were a wonderful amenity.

The coffee at the hotel was absolutely amazing. It had a rich and delicious taste that I couldn't get enough of. the location of the hotel was also a major positive. It was conveniently located near the High Line entrance and surrounded by great restaurants. Another advantage that I enjoyed was the attention to detail in the decor. the hotel had a unique and chic NYC vibe that made me feel like I was truly experiencing the city.

the lack of hot water for two out of the three days was a major inconvenience.

Nothing is perfect.

We absolutely loved our stay at this place. The location was fantastic, being very near to the skyline and the Chelsea market in the wonderful Chelsea neighborhood. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with the check-in staff being extremely helpful and accommodating. The room itself was a luxurious haven, with a beautifully styled decor and an extremely comfortable bed. We were pleasantly surprised by the room amenities, which included ironing facilities, air conditioning, a mini-bar, and an in-room safe. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great bonus. The dining options were excellent, with a restaurant and a bar/lounge area offering delicious food and drinks. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel well taken care of. The leisure facilities, such as the 24-hour reception, bar/lounge area, and restaurant, were also impressive. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making our stay truly enjoyable.

Families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay would definitely recommend this hotel.

The lobby, with its coffee shop and William Morris wallpaper, creates a charming atmosphere. The bathroom, featuring carrara marble and subway tile, adds a touch of elegance. The view from the hotel is also noteworthy.

Felt right at home, no reason to complain.

I was really happy with the place. The location is so near the skyline and Chelsea market that it was a great starting point to explore. Service was absolutely great and staff were really helpful. The room amenities were pretty impressive with air conditioning, mini-bar, in-room safe and free toiletries. The TV had lots of channels and there were ironing facilities in the room, which is something I always look for. The bar/lounge area was really nice to hang out in after a long day of sightseeing.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to family.
